This policy explains what personal information Tee Time Partners collects, why we collect it, what we do with it and the rights you have. We keep it short and in plain English.

Who we are

Tee Time Partners is run by Mili Romeu Villalobos in London, United Kingdom. We organise golf days and work with golf clubs. We are the “controller” of the personal information described here, which means we decide how it is used.

What we collect

How we use it, and our legal basis

UK data protection law says we need a legal reason, called a “lawful basis”, for each use of your information.

If you give us dietary information that reveals a health condition or religious belief, we use it only to arrange catering, and only with your agreement.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information or share it for other companies’ marketing.

Some of our service providers store information outside the UK, including in the United States. When they do, it is protected by safeguards recognised by UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it
