Terms and conditions
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the Tee Time Partners website and set out how enquiries and bookings work. Please read them before you use the site or book a golf day with us.
Who we are
Tee Time Partners is run by Mili Romeu Villalobos in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@tee-time-partners.com.
Using this website
- The information on this website is general information about our services. It isn’t an offer and doesn’t form part of any contract.
- We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be up to date, error-free or uninterrupted.
- Photos on this website are illustrative and may not show the course or venue for your day.
- You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or sending spam through our enquiry form.
Enquiries and quotes
- Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a booking or commit you or us to anything.
- After you enquire, we’ll send you a written quote with the course options, prices and what is included. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
- Prices depend on the course, date, group size and extras you choose. They are only confirmed in your written quote.
Golf day bookings
- A booking is only confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing and any deposit set out in your quote has been paid.
- Payment dates, deposits, changes to numbers and cancellation charges are set out in your quote and booking confirmation. Those terms form part of our contract with you, together with these terms.
- On the day, the host golf club’s own rules apply, including dress codes, handicap or ability requirements, buggy rules and course etiquette.
- Golf clubs can close or restrict their course at short notice, for example because of bad weather or course conditions. If this happens, we’ll work with you and the club to rearrange, as set out in your booking confirmation.
- Please tell us about any access needs or dietary requirements in advance so we can arrange them with the club.
Golf club partnerships
If you are a golf club working with us, the details of our arrangement, including the tee times involved, rates and payment, are agreed separately in writing.
